Welcome to Regina Coeli Campus, a North Community Catholic School!
Founded in the Catholic Faith, our school ministry develops disciples of Jesus Christ who are intellectually and spiritually prepared to serve God and their community.
I am happy and blessed to join the staff of the Regina Coeli Campus as principal-minister. Please know we are committed to serving the needs of our students, parents, and families, as well as the Regina Coeli Parish.
We have 190 students on our K-8 campus. Thirty-five percent of our students qualify for the free or reduced breakfast and lunch program. Sixty-five students attend Regina Coeli through the State of Ohio’s Ed Choice Program with 25 of those students coming from parish families.
The Regina Coeli Campus has ten full-time and four part-time teachers. In addition to the core subject areas and religion, we also provide art, library, music, physical education, Spanish, and technology classes. Students also have opportunities to participate in many athletic and extracurricular activities.
We are committed to be responsive to the people we serve. Our Pastor, Father Chris Kardzis, and Heather Chupp, one of our parents, represent Regina Coeli on the North Community Catholic School Board, and our Campus Advisory Committee meets on a monthly basis. Minutes from both of these organizations are posted in our Wednesday newsletter. Through these representatives, you have a voice in how we operate. We welcome your comments, questions, and concerns.
At Regina Coeli, we provide a continuum of services for our students. From remediation to enrichment, instruction is differentiated to meet everyone’s needs. No one is left behind as teachers individualize instruction and challenge all students to achieve success at their full learning potential.
This is accomplished in a Catholic faith community that prays together often and encourages Christian behavior. Our faith is included in all subjects, not just religion class, and is part of everything we do.
With your help, we are confident our mission to “develop disciples of Jesus Christ who are intellectually and spiritually prepared to serve God and their community” will be fulfilled.
Joyfully in Christ,Don Coletta
